It snowed last week and it really bummed me out because it took me 30 minutes to get home as opposed to 15. This city sucks. Please tell me this is sarcasm Kirby. It is, but yesterday was worse! There was a traffic light and it was red for like 36 seconds. Pissed me off so bad. I think I'll move to NYC, I hear driving there is GREAT! |

It takes us twice as long to get home if there is even a freaking snowflake within 5 miles of the beltway.  The first days that it was dark when people had to drive home it seriously took us 2.5 times longer to get home. Stupid people and their bad driving. |

The first days that it was dark when people had to drive home it seriously took us 2.5 times longer to get home. Stupid people and their bad driving. oh how true that is and i only live 8 miles from my work and you can ask jason, or kara or bingo that it takes me 1 hour (on average) sometimes a lot longer to go that 8 miles which = blows dick!! |

So we've gone from "the idiot masses" to "some people" to one drunk guy. Backpedal often? don't forget we are all "north's version of backwoods, inbred, racist southern rednecks" that was before one drunk guy |

The first winter I lived in Herndon there was an inch of snow, maybe two. I got onto the highway and there was a truck rolled over on it's roof and maybe a mile later there was a 5-6 car wreck. I think I just turned around and went home, I didn't want to get killed by some asshole who can't drive. I tend to stay at home at any chance of snow now because the people are fucking crazy around here. |

andrew, in all seriousness, think about embracing where you come from, not distancing yourself from it. i consider myself a forward thinking, very lefty, educated guy, but i love yinzers. they are the heart of this city, flaws and all. i would embrace it if i saw a reason to. and i hate evrything the yinzers stand for. |
